I cannot imagine a person who might have the heart to kick, punch, poison, throw or kill these animals.

Animals are created so we can learn to give without return. Also so that we learn to co-exist. So that we have compassion and understanding of what others have as obstacles in their life.

Try our best to be kind to them. Be it cats, dogs, birds, any of them. See how it changes our behaviour and our reaction to things happening to us.
